A model year 2019 Subaru Crosstrek recall has been announced to replace the driver-side rear door window glass because of tempering problems.
According to the automaker, the 2019 Crosstreks have rear window glass that could shatter into large pieces instead of small pieces as required by federal safety standards.
There are 256 vehicles recalled in the U.S. and another 10 in recalled in Canada.
Subaru dealers will begin replacing the window glass when the recall begins July 19, 2019.
Concerned customers may call 844-373-6614. Subaru's number for this recall is WUG-92.
