ACTION Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition. SERVICE PROCEDURE This may be caused by the position of the liftgate striker in relation to the latch. 1. Remove liftgate striker. 2. Place flat washer under striker. 3. Reinstall striker. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 501-03 for Torque Specification and adjust as needed.
