ISSUE Some 2009-2012 F-150 may experience water staining of the rear portion of the headliner in the area(s) above the back glass and at both cab corners due to the high mounted stoplamp assembly leaking water. SERVICE PROCEDURE 1. Replace the high mounted stoplamp assembly. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 417-01. 2. Fully open all vehicle doors. 3. Identify the rear area of the headliner to be cleaned. (Figures 1 and 2) 4. Saturate a clean white cotton towel with city tap water and squeeze off excess water. a.
