Test the seat belt buckle function and check for broken glass when there are customer complaints that the seat belt buckle: closes poorly, is jammed, or is sluggish. Test by inserting and releasing the seat belt tongue. Do not submit belt buckle replacement under warranty where there are signs of breaking and entering or other types of vandalism.
