If you are replacing your brake pads and rotors, an important, yet often overlooked step is replacing brake system hardware. One piece of hardware that is often neglected is the brake rotor set screw.
This screw is used to secure the brake rotor to the wheel hub on your Mercedes-Benz, and it is recommended that it be replaced each time the rotors are removed.
