Complaint:



Multifunction buttons on steering wheel nonfunctional due to a short circuit on the horn plate.



Cause:



Short circuit on the horn plate of the steering wheel due to amine deposits from the steering wheel foam.



Remedy:



Replacement of the steering wheel.



Note:



Some parts may be non-stocking parts for MBUSA and possibly C66 and not immediately available from DAG. Please be aware and check



availability prior to scheduling customer repairs.
