Lighting - Headlamps Don't Match After Replacement SI M63 05 06 Lighting December 2006 Technical Service This Service Information bulletin supersedes S.M. M63 200 04 dated July 2002-2006. SUBJECT Headlamps no Longer Match after One Headlamp is Replaced MODEL R52 Cooper/Cooper S Cabrio Produced March 10, 2002-2006 to May 16, 2002-2006 SITUATION The customer has complained that the reflector in his replacement headlamp does not match the factory installed reflector in the second headlamp. CAUSE A different material for the reflector had to be used temporarily (titanium instead of aluminum) due to production problems at the headlamp supplier. As a result, there is a minor difference in the appearance of the original headlamps when compared with the replacement headlamps.
