CAUSE 2010 BMW 335Cic Convertible (E93) L6-3.0L Turbo (N54) 170 The button(s) on the iDrive controller mechanically stick. PROCEDURE Do not replace parts for the situation described in this Service Information bulletin. 1. Remove the controller from the center console (electrical connection still connected), and retest the operation of all the buttons. 2.
