2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE ‘First Look’

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE is the latest iteration of the luxury SUV that combines performance, comfort and technology. The new model features a redesigned exterior, a spacious interior, a powerful engine and a host of advanced features that make it a standout in its segment.

The exterior of the 2024 GLE is sleek and elegant, with a prominent grille, LED headlights, a sculpted hood and a sporty rear spoiler. The SUV is available in several colors, including black, white, silver, blue and red. The GLE also offers various wheel options, ranging from 19 to 22 inches in diameter.

The interior of the 2024 GLE is spacious and luxurious, with leather seats, wood trim, ambient lighting and a panoramic sunroof. The SUV can accommodate up to seven passengers, with ample legroom and headroom. The cargo space is also generous, with up to 74.9 cubic feet of volume when the rear seats are folded.

The 2024 GLE is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six engine that delivers 362 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. The engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. The SUV can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 5.5 seconds and has a top speed of 130 mph. The GLE also has a mild hybrid system that adds an extra 21 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque when needed.


The 2024 GLE is equipped with a host of advanced features that enhance safety, convenience and entertainment. The SUV has a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless charging and navigation. The SUV also has a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster that displays vital information and can be customized to suit the driver's preferences. The GLE also has a head-up display that projects key data onto the windshield.


The SUV also has several driver assistance systems that help prevent accidents and make driving easier. Some of these systems include adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, blind spot assist, rear cross traffic alert, parking assist, surround view camera and emergency braking. The GLE also has an air suspension system that adjusts the ride height and damping according to the road conditions and driving modes.

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE is expected to hit the market in late 2023 or early 2024. The SUV will compete with other luxury SUVs such as the BMW X5, the Audi Q7, the Lexus RX and the Volvo XC90. The price of the 2024 GLE is not yet announced, but it is likely to be similar to the current model, which starts at $54,750.
