ISSUE Some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 4.6L or 5.4L engine may exhibit an illuminated MIL with DTC P0130 (Oxygen Sensor Circuit Bank 1, Sensor 1) or P0150 (Oxygen Sensor Circuit Bank 2, Sensor 1).

ISSUE A service kit has been released to assist with proper repair of the 4R75E transmission in 2008 Mark LT, 2008-2010 F-150, E-Series, 2008-2011 Crown Victoria, Grand Marquis and Town Car vehicles that exhibit a grinding, whine-type noise, vibration and/or gear slippage while driving or a loss of reverse resulting from a planetary gear assembly failure.

ISSUE Some 2009-2012 F-150 vehicles built on or before 1/16/2012 may exhibit a vibration, thump or clunk noise from under the vehicle that may be more noticeable with increased road speed and driveline torque.

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 F-150, Expedition, Navigator vehicles may exhibit an inaccurate fuel gauge displaying 3/4 full after the fuel station nozzle shuts off and fluctuating miles/kilometers to empty instrument cluster display.

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 vehicles equipped with Sirius Radio and Navigation, built on or before 3/8/2010, may exhibit intermittent Sirius traffic flow and incident information appearing and disappearing in metropolitan areas, a repeat traffic incident warning every 2 minutes in some areas, VIN number displayed in the Navigation system does not match the vehicle, Jukebox cannot delete or shuffle songs, and MKZ (without THX) speakers fade incorrectly

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles built on or before 10/7/2010 may exhibit the foam seal detaching between the instrument panel and the windshield glass. ACTION Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the concern.

ISSUE Some 2010 Edge, MKX, F-150, E-Series, 2010-2011 Flex, MKT, Focus, Taurus, MKS, Fusion and MKZ vehicles with any of the following engines: 2.0L, 3.5L (excluding GTDI), 3.7L and 4.6L 2V, may exhibit Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P2111, P2112, or the idle speed drops lower than desired and/or fluctuates. The idle speed concern can be intermittent and DTCs P2111, P2112 may or may not be present.

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles equipped with a roof opening panel and built on or before 10/8/2009 may exhibit headliner droop/sag at the rear of roof opening panel.

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 F-150 and F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 4.6L 3V or 5.4L 3V engine, Expedition and Navigator vehicles may exhibit a low frequency knocking noise from the engine at hot idle only.

ISSUE Some 2010 F-150 vehicles consistently operated in extreme muddy environments may exhibit accelerated rear inner brake pad wear.

ISSUE Some 2010 F-150 and 2011 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a brake drag condition.

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles built at Dearborn Truck Plant (DIP) on or before 1/12/2010, or at Kansas City Assembly Plant (KCAP) on or before 01/18/2010, and equipped with optional Satellite Radio, may exhibit water entry into the passenger compartment near the RH A-pillar assist handle.

ISSUE Some customers of 2008-2010 SYNC-equipped vehicles may express concern with their SYNC paired device defaulting, switching or staying on privacy mode. The customer may not be able to accept the call through the SYNC system or must answer the call manually on their personal device.

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 vehicles built on or before 3/8/2010 and equipped with Sirius Radio with Navigation, may exhibit repeated traffic incident warnings every 2 minutes in some areas, VIN number displayed in the Navigation system does not match the vehicle's VIN, Juke box can not delete or shuffle songs and the MKZ (without THX(R)) speakers fade incorrectly.

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 F-150 Platinum, Expedition, Navigator, MKS and 2010 Taurus, MKT and MKZ vehicles equipped with Rain Sensing Windshield Wipers may exhibit a detached rain sensor mounting ring.

ISSUE Some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles may exhibit shudder/vibration on moderate to hard acceleration.

Some 2005-2010 vehicles equipped with a 4R70/75E-W transmission may experience an un-commanded torque converter clutch (TCC) apply or TCC partial apply immediately after the 1-2 shift.

Some customers of 2008-2011 SYNC equipped vehicles may express concern with their call sound quality while using the SYNC microphone, complaints of excessive background noise during a phone call and/or issues with voice recognition accuracy while driving.
