Some 2009-2010 F-150 and F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 4.6L 3V or 5.4L 3V engine, Expedition and Navigator vehicles may exhibit a low frequency knocking noise from the engine at hot idle only.

Some 2009-2011 E-Series, Expedition, and Navigator built on or before 4/15/2011 plus 2009-2010 F150 and 2011 F250/350 built on or before 11/1/2010 may exhibit an audible clicking noise in the engine compartment and/or hard start after refueling with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0144A, P0171, P0174, P0316, and/or P1450.

Some 2009-2012 F-150 vehicles built on or before 1/16/2012 may exhibit a vibration, thump or clunk noise from under the vehicle that may be more noticeable with increased road speed and driveline torque.

Some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles may exhibit shudder/vibration on moderate to hard acceleration.

Some 2009-2012 F-150 Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft only and built on or before 7/30/2012 may exhibit a rear driveshaft slip/bump concern on light to moderate acceleration from a stop or when coming to a stop with light braking.

Some 2010-2011 F-150 vehicles equipped 9.75 rear axle assembly may exhibit a shudder, chatter and/or vibration during slow, tight turns more and noticeable after cold startup. Concern maybe less noticeable once rear axle fluid warms up.

Some 2010 F-150 and 2011 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit a brake drag condition. This may be due to an improperly adjusted stoplamp switch.

Some 2010 F-150 vehicles consistently operated in extreme muddy environments may exhibit accelerated rear inner brake pad wear.

Some 2009-2012 F-150 may experience water staining of the rear portion of the headliner in the area(s) above the back glass and at both cab corners due to the high mounted stoplamp assembly leaking water.

Some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles built at Dearborn Truck Plant (DIP) on or before 1/12/2010, or at Kansas City Assembly Plant (KCAP) on or before 01/18/2010, and equipped with optional Satellite Radio, may exhibit water entry into the passenger compartment near the RH A-pillar assist handle.

Some 2009-2011 F-150 Platinum vehicles may exhibit tailgate applique separation from the sheet metal.
