Mercedes-Benz's GLC is about to come in for a minor facelift. The changes represent a mid-cycle update for the small luxury SUV which first arrived in 2015 as a 2016 model. We should see this updated version in the second half of 2019 as a 2020 model. The GLC is an important model for Mercedes. The automaker sold close to 70,000 of them in the United States last year, which is the best result since the SUV went on sale. This means you shouldn't expect Mercedes to rock the boat with this update. We can spot minor revisions to the grille and headlights, with the latter benefiting from a new daytime running light design. There's also likely a new front fascia under all of that cladding. More advanced prototypes should exhibit changes at the rear as well. Inside, there will be an upgrade of the infotainment system. Unfortunately, the updated GLC will miss out on the advanced dual-screen system that debuted in the new A-Class. Instead, the updated GLC will feature the same system found in the updated 2019 C-Class. There's a larger screen at the top of the center stack and a new touchpad in the center console. There's also a larger screen in the instrument cluster and a new steering wheel with extra controls. The GLC's base 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 will likely see horsepower increased from 241 to 255 horsepower, reflecting a similar change for the updated C-Class. In the GLC43 model from AMG, output from the 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-6 will likely be bumped to 385 hp, up from 362 hp currently, once again reflecting a similar change in the updated C-Class. The GLC63 sledgehammer was just added for 2018 so we're not expecting any changes there.
Yaqub says his customers often have a similar experience. 鈥淲hen people have a relatively new car to part-exchange, they often say they had a five-minute drive, and didn鈥檛 realise how bad the seats are, or how firm the ride is,鈥?he tells us. We input our own car鈥檚 details in the part-exchange section, receive a realistic valuation, set a budget for a new car and are presented with finance options for the i20 and the Kona Electric. 鈥淎 number of cars are price-pointed nationally,鈥?Whitehorn tells us. How many people, we ask, order without a test drive? 鈥淚n our city stores, just 53 per cent of customers had a test drive before buying,鈥?Whitehorn explains. Whitehorn stresses the Click to Buy service is not intended to replace the manufacturer鈥檚 garages. 鈥淵ou go to a dealer to pick the car up, or the dealer delivers it to you, and you cement a relationship,鈥?he says. The boss is keenly aware, though, that buying habits vary between generations. 鈥淢y kids wouldn鈥檛 go into a dealership to buy a new car, but my parents wouldn鈥檛 buy a car online,鈥?he explains.

ZeroLight鈥檚 chief marketing officer, Francois de Bodinat, tells us that the sheer number of options and configuration possibilities available today makes it hard for buyers to get an accurate idea of what their car will really look like. 鈥淲hen you change the wheels, the paint, the interior colour, have a roofbox, a bike rack, there are a massive number of configurations.

1. Engine idling, move the related harnesses/connectors of the B23 camshaft position sensor while monitoring the scan tool Camshaft Position
Variance parameter. The Camshaft Position Variance parameter should not change when moving the harness/connectors.
瀚慖f the above condition exists, repair the harness/connectors as necessary.
2. Ignition OFF, inspect the B23 camshaft position sensor for correct installation.
瀚慖f the B23 camshaft position sensor is loose, inspect the sensor and the O-ring for damage and replace as necessary.
3. Disconnect the harness connector at the B23 camshaft position sensor.
4. Ignition OFF, all vehicle systems OFF, this may take 2 minutes, test for less than 5 ohm between the low reference circuit terminal B and
ground.
瀚慖f greater than the specified range, test the low reference circuit for an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the K20
ECM.
5. Ignition ON, test for 4.8-5.2 V between the 5 V reference circuit terminal A and ground.
瀚慖f less than the specified range, test the 5 V reference circuit for a short to ground, or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal,
replace the K20 ECM.
瀚慖f greater than the specified range, test the 5 V reference circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the K20 ECM.
6. Test for 4.8-5.2 V between the signal circuit terminal C and ground.
瀚慖f less than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace
the K20 ECM.
瀚慖f greater than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the K20 ECM.
7. Ignition OFF, connect a 3 A fused jumper wire to the camshaft position signal circuit terminal C.
8. Ignition ON, momentarily touch the end of the fused jumper wire to ground while monitoring the scan tool camshaft position active counter.
The camshaft position active counter should increment.
瀚慖f the camshaft position active counter does not increment, replace the K20 ECM.
9. If all circuits test normal, replace the B23 camshaft position sensor.
Component Testing
Note: You must perform the Circuit/System Testing before proceeding with Component Testing.
1. Inspect the B23 camshaft position sensor for looseness and correct installation. Remove the camshaft position sensor from the engine and
inspect the sensor and the O-ring for damage.
瀚慖f the sensor is loose, incorrectly installed, or damaged, repair or replace the B23 crankshaft position sensor.
2. Connect the camshaft position sensor connector to the camshaft position sensor. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
3. Ignition ON, observe the applicable camshaft position active counter parameter with a scan tool. Pass a steel object by the tip of the sensor
repeatedly. The camshaft position active counter parameter should increment.
瀚慖f the function does not perform as specified, replace the B23 camshaft position sensor.

The gearheads can breathe a sigh of relief鈥?The new 5er is out, and contrary to the worry-wort naysayers online, BMW managed not to ruin it. The seventh generation of Bayerische Motoren Werke鈥檚 midsize sedan, arch-enemy of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and Audi鈥檚 A6, has now been released for public viewing. The G30 (BMW geek-speak) 5-Series has been wrought in finely tailored lines, with an excellent balance of style, sport and presence. A great deal of effort was put into interior packaging and design as well. The other Germans have set the bar high, and BMW needed to keep pace. Solid design maintaining updated BMW themes, and a slightly more driver-centric bias than the previous generation 5, should make this cockpit an excellent place to conduct the business at hand. Uh鈥?that would be鈥?DRIVING..! Time for a specification or three鈥?The entry level car in the U.S. 530i, available in rear or all-wheel drive and powered by a 252 horse, 258 lb-ft 4-cylinder engine. A step up the food chain nets you the 540i, also rear or all-wheel driven, with 340 ponies and 332 lb-ft of torque. An M550i powered by an 8-cylinder engine will arrive as well. TwinScroll turbocharging resides in all engines, as does the usual BMW Valvetronic control, Double-VANOS timing, yada-yada-yada鈥?We will also see a diesel version, likely the 530d, as well as an upcoming iPerformance hybrid model. I would also be remiss to not mention the M5 rocket ship! Need I go on here? I am impressed by what I see with the new 5-er. All indications are that it will maintain its perch as the sporting alternative in the mid-size luxury class. Sharp looks, a crisp and cosseting interior, top-shelf tech. It all adds up to one fine 5鈥?
The new model Viper is in the process of making and it will not be offered cheaper than the previous model. When talking about SUVs, Mercedes Benz feels never thought to make it in Germany. Circuit/System Verification
1. If there are any other transmission DTCs set, diagnose those DTCs first. Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle (See:

2. Perform the Range Selector Lever Cable Adjustment (See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Shift
Linkage/Shift Cable/Adjustments) procedure to verify proper adjustment.
3. Ignition ON, observe the scan tool ECM PNP Switch parameter while moving the gear shift lever from Park and through all ranges. The
parameter should display Park/Neutral when in Park or Neutral and In-Gear when in Reverse or Drive.
4. Observe the scan tool TCM IMS A/B/C/P parameter while slowly moving the gear shift lever from Park through all ranges. The parameter
should match each gear range that is selected. Refer to Transmission Internal Mode Switch Logic (See: Specifications/Mechanical
Specifications/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/System Specifications/6T70/6T75 - Automatic Transmission/Transmission Internal Mode
Switch Logic).
5. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC to verify the DTC does not reset. You may also operate the vehicle within the
conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Circuit/System Testing
Note: You must perform the Circuit/System Verification first.
1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the 20-way harness connector at the transmission.
2. Install the DT-47825-20 to the 20-way harness connector to the engine harness.
3. Test for less than 10 ohms between the ground circuit terminal 18 and ground.

4. Ignition ON, verify the scan tool ECM PNP Switch parameter displays In Gear.

5. Connect a 3-amp fused jumper wire between the TCM harness connector terminal 3 and terminal 18. Verify the PNP Switch parameter
changes to Park/Neutral.

6. Ignition OFF, remove the control valve body cover. Refer to Control Valve Body Cover Replacement (See: Transmission and

7. Connect the TCM harness connector.
8. Disconnect the IMS connector at the control solenoid valve assembly.

element inside the HO2S minimizes the time required for the sensors to reach operating temperature. Voltage is provided to the heater by an
ignition voltage circuit through a fuse. With the engine running, ground is provided to the heater by the HO2S heater low control circuit through a
low side driver within the engine control module (ECM). The ECM uses pulse width modulation (PWM) to control the HO2S heater operation to
maintain a specific HO2S operating temperature range.

* The ignition 1 voltage is between 11-18 V.
* The engine speed is greater than 400 RPM.
* The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met.

* The engine run time is greater than 20 s.
* The ignition voltage is less than 18 V.
* The ignition is OFF for greater than 8 h.
* The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is between -30 to +45掳C (-22 to +113掳F) at engine start-up.
* The ECT and the intake air temperature (IAT) are within 8掳C (14掳F) at engine start-up.

There were 13 pre-production Porsche 901 Cabriolets that were produced in 1964, and there are only two remaining. And the very first of those produced, is now up for auction. 1,060,000. And giving the way that other Porsche鈥檚 have been selling at auction, this could be a very conservative estimate. The pictures from the auction listing, the 901 Cabriolet is in great shape with some minor wear and tear on the interior. This particular 901 is stunning with its red finish, Fuchs alloy wheels, a wooden steering wheel and houndstooth fabric seats. And being that it鈥檚 from 1964, it is equipped with a 2.0 liter flat-six producing around 130 horsepower.

The Lamborghini Aventador is a great car. Many have been produced and I think most people want it. The Lamborghini Aventador is a very fast car, top 10 of the list. It is powered by a 700hp engine which makes it go at 217mph. You won't drive it at that speed but you should know that it is very fast in acceleration. Lamborghini Aventador is very good in its style. It looks like an expensive machine and it surely is. It has a nice interior with a great dashboard. It has it's own luxury. I like the place where the gearshifts are placed. Easy for a fast machine to go up. If you would want to buy it, look for one that is totally clean. There should be no scratch on the exterior. If you want to have a real cool one, I would want to see a total Black, specially Matte. It has some problems too. First of all, if you break something, you're going to be paying a big bill. Second, you should keep it in a safe place orelse, people might get mad or something and try to scratch your car. Well, this is a great car, doesn't have many problems. I would totally recommend it!
Porsche is very stubborn car maker. Ancient 356 model had the engine mounted at the rear and successor 911 model, carry on with that idea, which was nothing strange at the time. But, as time inevitably passed, automotive industry rather oriented on mounting engines usually at the front or in the middle, at least in the case of sports cars or supercars. But Porsche was reluctant. The company sticks to rear engine configuration, and years of fine tuning created one of the best behaving sports cars on track, eliminating almost all disadvantages of the used layout, almost. And most importantly, it preserved that special charm that you feel while driving 911, they make all of us fall in love instantly. Reengeenirening the car and mounting engine in the middle would undoubtedly improve weight distribution and result in slightly better performance, but it will never happen for Carrera, that鈥檚 why we got Cayman.
Cayman doesn鈥檛 drag most of its weight at the back, so it is more planted, easier to drive, precise in the corners and more grippy, but as supposed, it lost 911 charm. If Cayman gets anything close to Carrera power, it can easily beat it on the track, and that鈥檚 why it鈥檚 not getting there. Despite bigger sibling, after S model, that is continued with GTS, GT3, Turbo and Turbo S, Cayman usually stops before that, but that was until GT4 was revealed. But the people were relentless. 911 GT3 has an even more powerful side in the form of RS and doubt filled the air whether Cayman should go for it too. One thing happened, and it happened on the Instagram. Porsche dealer in Australia posted that 2018 Porsche Cayman GT4 RS is indeed coming as result of higher demand than expected. Conveniently post was deleted soon enough, but the world saw it. The post sad one more thing- RS will use 4.0-liter flat six, and let鈥檚 say again- believe it or not, it is donated from GT3. Normally, everybody expected, that if it happens, RS will carry more horsepower than standard GT4 but the usual expectation would be that 3.8-liter is pushed to produce more with a special tune, although this is a much, much better story. If 2018 Porsche Cayman GT4 RS is on the way, then hope for the biggest monster in the Cayman lineup. Expect more than 400 hp and due to that better 0-60 time, even better suspension tuning, improved aerodynamics, more bits from 911 GT3, many previously optional equipment as standard, less weight and finally mind blowing track times. 100k marker, and yes, that would be Carrera S territory, so what will it be- perfection or charm? You win in either case.
