EXTENDED LENGTH SEAT BELT ORDER REQUEST
The purpose of this bulletin and form is to advise you of an ordering process for extended length seat belts for passenger cars which are not available
through normal parts ordering procedures and must be special ordered from OCAG. Extended length belts are offered to clients only where the
original equipment belt is too short to allow them to safely buckle-up. The extended length seat belt offered is 300 mm longer than the standard seat
belt.
Please fill out the form and have the client read the form and sign it. A copy of the signed form must be provided to the client. The completed and
signed form must be faxed to the Environmental & Safety Engineering department at 201-573-6708.
Processing and order fulfillment will be handled by the parts department. Open order inquires should be directed to the Retailer Parts Services
