The Lamborghini logo shows a bull or Taurus that is the brand founder鈥檚 zodiac sign. Ferruccio Lamborghini was extremely interested in Spanish bullfighting sport that is also shown in the logo. Bullfighting is the main part of Lamborghini鈥檚 style. Furthermore many Lamborghini cars are called as famous bulls. Ferruccio Lamborghini is usually accused of logo鈥檚 similarity to Ferrari鈥檚 logo. It was not considered to be an accident from Ferruccio, who had a lingering rivalry with Ferrari. This logo is connected with Lamborghini鈥檚 interest for fighting bulls. The interest鈥檚 history goes far in 1962 when Ferruccio Lamborghini had come to the Seville farm of famous Eduardo Miura, a Spanish who was a well-known breeder of Spanish brutal fighting bulls. Lamborghini become so impressed looking for the majestic Miura bulls that he derived to adopt a fighting bull as the sign for the automaker Lamborghini would open shortly. Don Eduardo Miura was really glad and surprised when Lamborghini called one of the vehicles 鈥淢iura鈥? The Lamborghini logo symbolizes the founder鈥檚 zodiac character - the Taurus or a bull. Ferruccio鈥檚 love of bullfights was depicted in the logo and Lamborghini cars get their styles from famous bulls.
The golden bull ready for bullfights is depicted on the black shield with the golden title 鈥淟amborghini鈥?above. The bull represents Lamborghini sports cars鈥?power. The shape of the Lamborghini symbol depicts a shield and demonstrates golden snorting bull. The emblem was symbolical like any other car logos. This bull represents consistency, fortitude and power. Being a manufacturer of high-quality sporting cars, the logo has immense recognition deeply along with other brand logos. The bull symbol actually signs founder鈥檚, Ferruccio, zodiacal sign (Taurus), besides; it is obviously attended by the manufacturer鈥檚 title, Lamborghini. Contrary to some other 鈥減atriot鈥?Italian manufacturers, Lamborghini does not apply the Italian colors on its symbol. The famous golden Taurus with a black field of the Lamborgini symbol holds great similarity to the horse and yellow field of the Ferrari symbol. The similarity was not just a coincidence, since Ferruccio has a longstanding rivalry with Ferrari. Since the golden bull in the Lamborghini symbol depicts excellence and wealthy tradition of the manufacturer, the black color reflects its power, prestige, elegance and integrity.
The luxury boat Riva Aquarama became one of the leaders of the market thanks to high performance and versatility of the incredible Lamborghini V12 engine. 14. Interestingly, Lamborghini cars are used by the police of United Arab Emirates and Italy. It makes sense if you think about it; nothing can detract criminals and attract tourists like the world鈥檚 fastest police car! 15. As we have already mentioned, Feruccio Lamborghini neglected motorsports and tried to stay away from it. Nevertheless, the Italian vehicle manufacturer is revising this strict policy, since today it is a handicap for an automaker that specializes in supercars to ignore motorsports in its entirety. Currently, the company has some notable presence in the world of car racing. The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo is an example of a successful collaboration between the two legendary brands. Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. and the Swiss watchmaker Blancpain teamed up to launch this prestigious international motor racing series. In 2009, the Swiss company even presented a special watch, dedicated to this mono-brand championship.
16. This surprises no one that Lamborghini brand has some of the most impressive achievements in the automobile world. The last one was 384 km / h speed record set by the Lamborghini Huracan during half a mile race. 17. Lamborghini has a very long and fruitful relationship with Italian wheel manufacturer PIRELLI. From the day one, PIRELLI tyres were used on all Lamborghini vehicles. The Italian automaker even created the special version of Lamborghini AVENTADOR, dedicated to PIRELLI. 18. Lamborghini AVENTADOR has a designation of LP 700-4 700 where 鈥?00鈥?stands for 700 h/p engine and 鈥?鈥?for a four-wheel-drive. 19. Lamborghini is partly responsible for the emerging of the well-known automobile marque Pagani. The founder of the Pagani Automobili S.p.A, Horacio Pagani, had worked as an engineer at Lamborghini until he quit due to inability to employ his own ideas. In 1988, the famous Argentinian constructor, eager to put in use his designer talent and make his own product, created a new company Pagani Automobili S.p.A. 20. Nowadays, Lamborghini supercars are powered by either V8 or V12 engines.
Should Porsche bring back the 912? This is the random stuff I think of while daydreaming about my favorite automotive obsession. When you spend as much time in the garage as I do, it's hard not to wander in thought. I'd bet I'm not the first or only person to think about this. I believe the conditions and rationale for a slower and less expensive 911 are similar to those discussed during the days the first 912 was introduced. With the original 911 priced beyond some enthusiasts' pocketbooks, Porsche introduced a 911 with a four-cylinder 356 engine and, voila, the 912 was born. But we all know that history. What's my argument to bring the 912 back? The 911 of today has turned into a beast. It gets faster and faster with each new model. The fenders now flare out to outlandish portions compared to the first 911. And the price! Don't get me started.
