Here's Everything We Know About The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk

Text
Jeep, a super American automobile brand, is well-known for its off-road automobiles. Following the brand's unveiling of its fifth-generation new three-row Grand Cherokee L lineup, its fans were disappointed, pointing out the absence of one of its Grand Cherokee, the infamous Trailhawk, after noticing that it wasn't listed in the row.
Agitations were alleviated when the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk was captured on camera by TFL while tested in the wild. Thanks to them, this has allowed us to look into what exactly you should expect from the 2022 model of the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.
Before diving into other features, it's important to note that this newly-revised model will have just two rows, which of course, would make us expect more inner space than its three-row counterparts.
Also, what is known about the new Trailhawk is still limited as there haven't been any official announcements yet.

The 2022 model of the Trailhawk marks the start of its fifth-generation; indeed, this design has been long-awaited and is expected to have quite several changes while still maintaining the attributes and qualities of an actual Jeep.
It is expected that the front of this 2022 Trailhawk model will have similar features to that of the overland trim. This new brand will feature Goodyear Wrangler Territory all-terrain tires, identical to that seen on the new 2021 Ram 1500TRX, which will help to drive through harsher and rougher terrains; this indeed is a crucial upgraded feature. It will also have a series of skid plates which will give better protection to the car when it climbs over obstacles.
This means the off-road performance is an essential consideration in this car. In the same vein, we expect that its off-road performance will also be improved. Improved ground clearance is also one of the critical features expected in this model, and this will provide better protection for the axle, gas tank, and other inner features when your Jeep goes off-road.
"             It has upgraded slim LED headlights and updated taillights, adding to its beauty and giving it a fierce, modern outer look. Not too much is known about its inner features, however from what was caught on camera by the ""spy team,"" we expect to see a screen of about 10.2 inches; this might even be bigger, maybe up to 12 inches since that seems to be the latest trend in automobiles now.     "
Its engine is expected to have similar features with the other Cherokee models, which give a choice between a 3.6liter V6 engine, which delivers 296 HP and a 260lb-ft of torque. In contrast, the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 delivers a whopping 360 HP, and 390lb-ft of torque, both of them are wired to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Speculations are also that we could also expect a new 4Xe variant. Its engine power will go to the rear-wheel-drive, and all all-wheel power drives will be an upgradable feature.
The towing capacity of the V6 engine is 6,200 lbs. In comparison, that of its V8 model has a towing capacity of 7,200 lbs. These powertrain numbers are those found in the newly-released three-row Grand Cherokee L models, and the 2022 Trailhawk model is also expected to have numbers similar to these.
The new 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk model will also feature a ton of standard off-road features, including the quadra drive || 4×4 system with a rear electronic limited-slip differential, a particular version of the Quadra-Lift air suspension developed explicitly for the Trailhawk, which offers improved articulation and total suspension travel, as well as select-speed control with hill ascent control.
Since the former interior of the model of the Trailhawk was said to be outdated, we're surely expecting some modern interior with more luxury and high-end materials in the new model. These will include
             1. Safety features: since occupant safety is considered necessary, safety features are now the order of the day in a most modern vehicle. The 2022 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk model will in no way come behind in this. It is expected to have automated emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, pedestrian detection, and adaptive cruise control.
             2. Driver assistance features: its driver assistance features will include blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-grained protection, and a rear parking camera with parking assistance.
Its inner features are also expected to have heated, and ventilated front seats, dual automatic climate control, driver and passenger power lumbar support, Uconnect infotainment software, and an included apple car play and Android features. It will also offer level-2 self-driving capability; just like in the three-row models, there's also the possibility of a rotary gear selector.
Jeeps have always been known for off-roading, and this will not be an exception, but for those who prefer models with higher performance, the Trailhawk and the SRTs will be better selections.

The 2022 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk model fuel economy is not expected to be very low. However, it surely won't drill holes through your pocket. Just like the 2021 models of the other Cherokees, the Trailhawk is expected to deliver 19mpg in the city, 26mpg on the highway, and a combined figure of 21mpg.
The price for the 2022 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk has not been officially disclosed yet, but experts speculate it to be between $35,000 and $55,000.
"             Hopes are high as we anticipate this new model very soon, probably later this year, since the official announcement for release states ""spring 2021.""     "
