Should I Buy a New or Used Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

Should I Buy a New or Used Mercedes-Benz E-Class?
Outside of swapping the E 300 and its 241-horsepower engine for the E 350 and its more powerful and fuel-efficient 255-horsepower variant, Mercedes-Benz made no major changes to the 2020 E-Class. Since its redesign for 2017 (2018 for the coupe and cabriolet), the E-Class is largely unchanged. Shopping for a 2017 sedan or wagon or a 2018 coupe or convertible could get you a similar vehicle for less money. However, if you’re interested in the more powerful E 450 or AMG E 53 trims, you’ll have to stick with a 2019 model or newer.

If you’re considering an older model, be sure to read our 2017 E-Class, 2018 E-Class, and 2019 E-Class reviews to help make your decision. Also, check out our Used Car Deals page to learn about savings and discounts on used vehicles.
