Information:

Effective immediately, the PCM (M662) control unit and CD-ROM drive are available as exchange parts (in a new exchange part program). These

components are available individually.

The new exchange parts should be utilized whenever performing warranty repairs. Refer to the Warranty Policy and Procedures Manual for

replacement part guidelines.

Additionally, include a completed copy of the attached PCM Complaint form along with the unit being returned.
