Complaint:
The drive unit of the liftgate control is actuated but does not manage to open or close the liftgate completely, (the liftgate starts moving but then
stops).
Cause:
Slippage of the clutch of the liftgate control drive unit when opening or closing.
Remedy:
Replace drive unit of liftgate control.
NOTE:
The drive unit may only be replaced when the complaint can be reproduced.
