Complaint:
After replacement, a software update or SCN coding of the instrument cluster control unit (A1), the trip computer in the instrument cluster (A1) may
be inoperative. Only dashes are displayed in the trip computer.
Cause:
Documentation error in the SCN data.
Remedy:
Perform another SCN coding of the instrument cluster (A1) with DAS/Xentry Diagnostics 01/2010 and add-on ... 1364.
Do not remove/install/replace any parts.
