Complaint:
The LEDs in the relevant button can be activated but the seat heater remains
inoperative.
The complaint occurs primarily at low temperatures and while driving with few
or no consumers activated.
Cause:
The seat heater is shut down due to an overvoltage detected at the rear
SAM.
Remedy:
Using SDS version 01/10 or later, flash with current rear SAM software and
perform SCN coding.
