1. Check component M166 (Throttle valve actuator).
  Test 1.1: Check component  Accelerator pedal sensor.
  Test 1.2: Check component 1 Throttle valve actuator.
  Test 1.: Perform mechanical inspection of component 1 Throttle valve actuator.
1.1. Check component B37 (Accelerator pedal sensor).
  Test 1.1.1: Check component  Accelerator pedal sensor using actual value.
  Test 1.1.2: Check power supply of component  Accelerator pedal sensor.
