What A First Class Pile Of Crap!
What a first class pile of crap! Web To Door Corp. 75 New Drivers Being Hired to Accommodate Rapid Growth of Web-To-Door, Corp. What a first class pile of crap! Ops Update: We have received over a dozen of these vehicles for our Richmond, California and Sacramento, California. Nice vehicles with keyless entry and safety features for our drivers. WHAT COULD BE MORE SPECIAL? Is it possible the vans might even have SPEEDOMETERS, so the drivers don't go too fast? What a crock of BS! Amazon Delivery Service Partners are approved to lease Amazon Prime vans from Amazon's various designated independent vehicle leasing companies. Amazon does not "select" its Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program participants. Potential DSP's apply to be participants and Amazon vets and approves/rejects the applications. There are already HUNDREDS of Mercedes Amazon Prime vans in the hands of DSP's, who deliver Amazon packages in the U.S. Canada. Does SPRV have a dozen or so of the hundreds of vans that are already on the streets? If so, IT IS FAR LESS THAN ANY BIG DEAL!
SPRV were an actual Amazon DSP, CEO Roderick Santulan would be issuing hourly Press Releases and tweets to announce the connection! Any DSP can identify itself as a "DSP" the instant the contract has been signed by Amazon. SPRV would NOT be in possession of Prime vans unless a contract had already been executed. The "sides" were intentionally "overlooked", due to the fact the vans have NO Amazon Prime logo. If the Amazon logo were present, it would be freely available public information, thus the profile view would have been plastered everywhere Lil Rod could find to post it! SPRV, via the tweeter, whoever that might be, NEVER mentions Amazon! Why not mention Amazon? The answer is simple! Because the tweeter did NOT want to risk jail time for intentionally misleading investors. Remember last summer's photo of hundreds of Amazon Mercedes vans that Lil Rod posted in an effort to "IMPLY" the vans somehow had a connection to SPRV? They in FACT did not have any connection, the photos were copied from an Amazon PR, and the tweet had no impact whatsoever on SPRV's share price! The infamous SCRUM OF SCAMMERS is becoming more desperate!
If we can agree that auto manufacturing is a key manufacturing sector. We manufacture more now than ever. 80 billion in automotive parts. Every US-made car is an import. According to that measure, the two most "American" cars are both Hondas 聴 the Odyssey minivan and Ridgeline pickup. Three-quarters of each vehicle's components are made in the United States or Canada. The Honda Civic, Acura MDX, Acura TLX and the Mercedes C-class source 70% from the United States and Canada. The highest-ranked car made by a Detroit automaker is the Chevrolet Corvette, which placed seventh. About two-thirds of its parts and manufacturing are from the United States or Canada. The only automaker that builds all its American cars at a US plant is Tesla (TSLA). But even Tesla imports roughly half the parts it uses. Last edited by calamity; 04-07-19 at 10:06 AM. The stupidity on the Right is legion, surpassed only by the ignorance.
1. Significantly reduced injuries and deaths (for both passengers and pedestrians). 2. The joy of relaxing for the ride or the advantage of being productive while getting there. 3. Faster to get from Point A to Point B. Increased capacity of roads without widening them. 4. Increased mobility for the elderly and others who are unable to drive. 5. Reduced ownership of vehicles, as one family would only need one car (car could drive back home after dropping one person off) and some families would simply rely on autonomous taxi services. 6. Reduced pollution from cars, as most companies create self-driving cars that are simultaneously electric. 1. Possible hacking of self-driving cars. 2. Possible ability for government, police or other authority to control private vehicles. 3. Widened ownership of autonomous cars might exacerbate urban sprawl as it would be a lot easier to live a two-hour commute from work. How Will Self-Driving Cars Affect the Economy? It's undeniable that self-driving cars will take jobs away from hundreds of thousands of people; but hey, you don't see telephone switch operators anymore and no one is lamenting the loss of those jobs.
