TRIANGLE ROWING SHOWS HISTORIC PERFORMANCE AT ONE OF THE WORLD’S LARGEST REGATTAS

CHATTANOOGA, TN - November 2-3, 2019– At the Head of the Hooch, one of the world’s largest rowing regattas, and against some of the best competition in the nation and abroad, Triangle Rowing Club made club history despite significant fog delays early Saturday. TRC earned Gold in both the Men’s Pair 2- (Stephen McGuinness and Zach Judge) and Women’s Pair 2- (Isabella Humbert and Sophia Von Dauber)! A Bronze was also achieved in the Mixed Novice 8+ (Savana Vann, Jada Ward, Luke Eward, Kaleb Holder, John Coulter, Jason Watson, Alicia Chandler, Camden Howard, Hannah Grudem)! Finally, TRC’s coach boat entry won Gold in the Open Mixed 4+ (Joseph Grosso, Connor Murdock, Lauren Gardner, Hayley Richardson, Kysa Willemsen)!
