3. Ignition OFF, connect the harness connector at the I/P multifunction switch. Disconnect the X1 harness connector at the object alarm module.

4. Ignition ON, verify the park assist disable LED is not illuminated.

瀚慖f the LED is illuminated, test the control circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, test or replace the I/P multifunction

switch.

5. Install a 10A fused jumper wire between the control circuit terminal 3 and ground. Verify that the park assist disable LED is illuminated.

瀚慖f the LED is not illuminated, test the control circuit for a short to voltage or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, test or

replace the I/P multifunction switch.

6. If all circuits test normal, replace the object alarm module.
