DTC Descriptor
DTC C1100 00
- Base Brake System Pressure Circuit
Diagnostic Fault Information
Circuit/System Description
The electronic brake control module (EBCM) provides a 5 V reference circuit to the brake booster vacuum sensor and the steering angle sensor.
The brake booster vacuum sensor converts the change in vacuum levels in the brake booster into a signal voltage ranging from 0.13 - 3.30 V and is
monitored by EBCM.
Conditions for Running the DTC
Ignition ON.
Conditions for Setting the DTC
The brake booster sensor signal voltage is not within 0.13 - 3.30 V for more than 1 second.
Conditions for Clearing the DTC
* The condition for the DTC is no longer present.
* The EBCM clears the history DTC when a current DTC is not detected in 100 consecutive drive cycles.
