FIRST BATCH OF IKBN STUDENTS COMPLETE TRAINING AT MERCEDES-BENZ MALAYSIA鈥橲 APPRENTICE TRAINING CENTRE

Celebrating the graduation of National Youth Skill Institute (IKBN) students from the FUSO Training Program, a collaboration between the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, and Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. These eleven graduates are the first to graduate. They have been guaranteed job placement with a one year contract at 9 FUSO dealerships throughout Malaysia. What I've also witnessed was the awarding of certificates to three IKBN trainers who underwent training under something called the 'training the trainers' program. This would definitely benefit IKBN with better equipped trainers and lecturers. I also witnessed the emphasis on the usage of English throughout the short course. The eleven graduates who aren't well versed in the language were actually forced to change and adapt. The reason for this is simple, English is the language that is used in the technical documents as well as the diagnostic systems. The graduates had to adapt and learn. I must also admire their determination as the best student, had to come up and give a speech which was done mostly in English. And you can tell it took much effort. I threw a question to Mr Khairy Jamaluddin on whether IKBN will make English a major teaching language as it seems to be the language of technical matters and most technical journals and documents are in that language. He mentioned that this should be done gradually as implementation is not as simple because the trainers, teachers and lecturers themselves have to be prepared to use the language. It makes sense as if there the trainers cannot teach in English properly, then no knowledge would be imparted on the students. He said that IKBN has targeted 15% use of English in courses within the next five years as the increase must be gradual for both sides to cope. This is good news to me. I do not like the majority of the youth in Malaysia to be left behind when it comes to technology and technical knowledge.

Bell believes that introducing core values to children at a young age promotes lifelong integrity. The Grand Jury helped those children believe in integrity. Higher voter turnout and the replacement of city government is a good start to living up to that ideal as well. The people of Bell voted out the entire City Council and replaced all of its members, with no further corruption evident date. In Columbus, Ohio Andy Ginther will probably not run for Mayor after all. If he ran for the nomination, voters would probably deny him the privelege. Despite many improvements under the administration of Mayor Michael C. Coleman, many children still live in poverty. Secret bribes to city officials unbeknownst to the Mayor did not help those children. After installing a new Bell City Council and improving working operations, a local transit system emerged that provides low cost monthly passes. The city is dedicated to sustainability as well and has a whole menu of requirements for transparency in government.

Bell is a different city today because of its citizens' votes. AS of the end of March 2019, the Bell area enjoyed a listing of approximately 97,000 job openings. The ratio of unemployed individuals to the number of open jobs is 1:1, or one job opening for every person who needs one. Retail but local and connecting passenger transportation has improved among the ricer communities since 2011. Within 5 miles of the center of the City of Bell are an average of 6,000 to 10,000 jobs advertised on any day. Transportation: Truck driving jobs are increasing significantly. 291,000, in a range similar to the wealthier places in this area of Southern California and Los Angeles County. The Los Angeles River draws many visitors, flowing roughly alongside many portions of Interstate 710 to the Pacific Ocean. After flooding incidents threatened communities along this river around Bell and Bell Gardens, the US Army Corps of Engineers built concrete walls to contain it during The Great Depression. New initiatives supported by voters developed to preserve the local riverfront from Los Angeles to the ocean and the river communities are becoming more tourist friendly. At one point, portions of the river were little more than a concrete gutter drain-off; but today, local families and visitors enjoy the river along its full banks. Bell's East Gage Avenue, from the center of the city at the Bell Palm Plaza mini mall reaches the river to the east beside I-710 in just under a mile, passing by the Veteran's Memorial Park. Maywood Riverfront Park is a mile to the north. Cudahy City Park on the river is about a mile-and-a-half to the south. Garcia, C. The Bell Association to STOP the Abuse. Wood, D. For residents of impoverished, defrauded Bell, California, it's payback time.

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class now offers a stronger proposition to buyers in the premium compact segment. Jonathan Crouch checks out the fourth generation version. Mercedes-Benz is a company often portrayed as being deeply conservative, though in fact, no other manufacturer has such a record of innovation. Today, the brand is bolder, more forward-thinking and younger in feel, attributes very much in evidence in this fourth generation version of its smallest A-Class model. This car's now pitched even more directly against sporty premium compact family hatches like Audi's A3 and BMW's 1 Series thanks to key new driving features, plus sharper looks, extra media connectivity and greater efficiency. There's now the option of a saloon body style too. Want a case study in how to change brand perception? You're looking at it right here with this fourth generation Mercedes A-Class. This car aims to make this famous marque one that more younger buyers could consider. As before, we're told to regard this A-Class as what the market calls a 'compact premium family hatchback' - in other words, a Focus or Astra-sized car with superior quality and a bit of extra badge equity.
