Malaysian F1 Grand Prix 2019: Qualifying Report - Michael P3, Nico P8 (MBAMGF1)

After an exciting qualifying session at the Sepang International Circuit this afternoon, Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg qualified in third and eighth places for tomorrow鈥檚 PETRONAS Malaysian Grand Prix. What is obviously more important would be sitting here again tomorrow, and I will certainly try to do my best to achieve that. From where we were last year, I think it is quite an achievement, and I am pleased for our title partner PETRONAS at their home Grand Prix here in Malaysia. 鈥淲e are obviously delighted with the performance today and congratulations to Michael in particular. It鈥檚 really pleasing to see him put in such a good performance, and I hope we can consolidate that in the race tomorrow. 鈥淨uite superb from Michael today, I have to say. He had only one go in Q3 as we lost a set of tyres in Q2 due to the yellow flag. Michael鈥檚 lap put him 0.023s behind Jenson in P2, and less than two-tenths behind pole-sitter Lewis. Of course, it is also nice to have three Mercedes-powered cars in the top three places for tomorrow麓s race, and we hope our team will be able to fight for a top five result. We will certainly not get carried away assuming that we are already a challenge for McLaren Mercedes and Red Bull, and we do not underestimate Lotus who are doing a great job, and as always we never underestimate Ferrari. As long as we are developing ourselves in the right direction, we are working according to plan. 鈥淲ell done to Michael and everybody in the team here, and in Brackley and Brixworth, and it would be nice to get a similar result tomorrow. Last but not least we are very pleased for our title partner PETRONAS to start from the second row in their home race.

MILTON KEYNES, UK : October 30, 2009 - The Mercedes-Benz C-Class Executive SE special edition brings added value for the customer with an exterior styling pack and interior upgrades. Available from November 2009 and powered by the manual C180 KOMPRESSOR BlueEFFICIENCY engine, it is offered in both the Saloon and Estate bodystyle. The special edition follows on from the success of the E-Class Executive SE and is based on the SE model line. The C-Class Executive SE will feature the Sport Grille with the integrated Mercedes-Benz star, usually exclusive to the Sport model. New look 16鈥?鈥楶ristix鈥?alloy wheels will also be a distinguishing feature and the boot lid and exhaust will boast chrome trim finishes. On the inside the Executive SE really comes into its own with COMAND fitted as standard. The multimedia system includes hard disk drive navigation, Linguatronic voice control, a 6 GB music register and a PCMCIA slot. All of which can be fully controlled through the Executive SE鈥檚 upgraded multi-function steering wheel. At 拢23,190.64 (Estate, 拢24,390.11) OTR the Executive SE is just 拢574.47(ex VAT) more than the SE, yet offers the customer over 拢2,200 in added value. Powered by the C 180 KOMPRESSOR BlueEFFICIENCY 156 hp engine, the Executive SE returns 44.8 mpg on the combined cycle, making it a real contender for both the fleet and private customer. As with every manual C-Class the Executive SE features Hill Start Assist, removing the need to operate the parking brake whilst moving away from a standstill. The system holds the car for a second enabling the driver to move from the brake onto the accelerator for a smooth pull away. EuroNCAP awarded the C-Class a full five stars when it launched in 2007 and as you would expect the Mercedes-Benz C-Class has an impressive line-up of standard safety features.

In this rewarding suggestions activity, students take part in a role-play game to practice making, accepting and rejecting suggestions. The students are divided into groups of four. Each group is given a set of situation cards and each student is given a role-card. The role-cards show things the students want and don't want to do. The students are told that it's Saturday and they are all at home together feeling bored. The aim of the game is to read each situation card in turn and then make suggestions on things to do until they find something they all agree on. The students then turn over the first situation card and make appropriate suggestions, according to the prompt on the card. The students suggest and reject suggestions based on the preferences on their role-cards until they come up with something they all want to do. When the students have reached an agreement, they turn over the next situation card and continue making new suggestions for the prompt on the card. The role-play continues until the students have completed all the situations and agreed on a suggestion for each one.
