CONDITION SUMMARY:



Situation:



The front radiator grille paint may shows signs of peeling / delaminating. This may be caused by the paint primer failing to adhere to the grille.



Action:



In the event of a customer concern of the above, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined below to replace the front radiator grille.

REPAIR PROCEDURE



REPLACE FRONT GRILLE



1. Refer to Workshop Manual, section 501-08: Exterior Trim and Ornamentation, and remove the radiator grille.



2. Paint the new front grille.



3. Refer to Workshop Manual, section 501-08: Exterior Trim and Ornamentation, and install the new radiator grille.
