UNC Adds Two TRC Rowers to Stellar Incoming Class

RALEIGH, NC, March 14, 2019 - Triangle Rowing Club (TRC), the Triangle’s premier youth rowing program, had two athletes recently commit to row at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Hannah Davis, daughter of Sue and Jeff Davis of Apex, NC, is a senior at Apex Friendship High School. She will be joining the Division 1 Women's Rowing Team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Fall of 2019. As well as being a Captain of the Triangle Rowing Club Varsity Women's team, Hannah is also a straight A student in high school and enjoys photography. She has been rowing with TRC since the 8th grade and is excited to continue her rowing career at Chapel Hill. Jessica Judge, daughter of Joe and Michelle Judge of Raleigh, NC, is a senior at Cary Academy. Jessica has been rowing with the Triangle Rowing Club for three and a half years, holds the TRC Lightweight 2K Record and will also be joining the Division 1 Women's Rowing Team at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Fall of 2019. A Headmaster’s Honor Roll student at Cary Academy, she plans to major in statistics and analytics at Chapel Hill. Jessica holds a Black belt in Taekwondo and is the Cary Academy Green Club Co-President. When not rowing, Jessica works at the PNC arena and loves the Hurricanes.
