Complaint:
Grinding noises can occur in the backrest on active multicontour seats with the backrest under load and the seat ventilation switched on.
Cause:
When a person sits on the seat, the yellow pneumatic line can slip over the bracket of the control unit for the active multicontour seat and then scrape
against the fan of the backrest.
Remedy:
Attach a cable tie to the bracket of the multicontour backrest and fix the three pneumatic lines (yellow, red, clear) in place as shown in the
illustration in the attachment (Pic_1).
