Cell Phone - Phone Won't Fasten Into Cradle Holder

If you receive customer reports of the V60 cradle not securely fastening into cradle holder in the above models, please refer to the below information
/ procedure.

In some cases, the V60 cradle (Figure 1) will not securely fasten to the holder. This may be due to the clip assembly located at the front of the holder
(Figure 2). One possible cause of this is that the screws may not be completely tightened. Another possibility is that the clip was manufactured with a
length shorter than specified. In either case, this would prevent the metal clip from clearing the plastic tab on the cradle and securing it in place.
Corrective actions include either tightening the screws or replacing entire holder assembly.
In the event that the cradle does not securely fasten in the holder proceed as follows:
Step 1 - Tighten the two T8 Torx screws holding clip in place. Be careful not to tighten excessively. This may result in stripping the plastic. (Figure
3).

Step 2 - Test fit cradle in holder (Figure 4). A definitive "snap" should be heard when pressing the cradle in the holder. Try to remove cradle from
holder without pressing release tab: cradle should not be removable without pressing the release tab. If cradle continues to fail to fit correctly,
proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 - Replace V60 cradle holder with replacement part listed below.
Step 4 - Upon obtaining the new cradle holder, once again test fit the cradle in the holder to ensure that the cradle securely fastens in the holder
(Figure 4).
