5. Perform the Control Solenoid Valve and Transmission Control Module Assembly Input Shaft Speed/Output Shaft Speed Input Test (See:

Diagnostics/6T70/6T75 - Automatic Transmission/Control Solenoid Valve and Transmission Control Module Assembly Input Shaft
Speed/Output Shaft Speed Input Test).
6. Inspect the front differential transfer drive gear teeth surface for damage or misalignment and for metallic debris on the face of the sensor.
Repair or replace as necessary.
7. If all circuits test normal, replace the output speed sensor.
