1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 S-Code 390 / 4 Speed For Sale
Up for sale is my 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1, 390 / 4 Speed. I have too many projects, so this one has to go. The original color is Black Jade with black interior. This is an awesome project car, just waiting for someone to finish. The motor does not run, but turns freely andis date coded correct for this car.The transmission is not correct for this car. It will need floor work, trunk work and one torque box will need to be replaced. I do have a Marti Report, and can send it if needed. I do have a clear title for this car. The tires and wheels are not included with the sale of the car. I will provide rollers for transport. This car is for sale locally, as I reserve the right to end the auction early. IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 FEEDBACK AND BID ON THE CAR WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST, YOUR BID WILL BE DELETED. I ALSO DO NOT NEED HELP SELLING MY CAR.
Again, the GT will have the pace for true speed-addicts, with the automaker targeting somewhere in the mid-three-second range. Given it was a test mule, I wasn鈥檛 expecting silence from the cabin when it came to squeaks and rattles. What was impressive, though, was how airy it felt with four adults inside. I鈥檓 5鈥? and, in the back seat, there was plenty of headroom under the panoramic glass roof. My seat mate, a more profligate 6鈥?, still had a couple of inches between the top of his head and the glass. Even with the batteries under the floor, you don鈥檛 feel lacking in legroom, either, or like your knees are up around your ears. Clearly, there鈥檚 only so much you can tell from a short jaunt in a far-from-production car. It鈥檒l also be interesting to see how the Mustang Mach-E holds up next to the Tesla Model 3, and the Model Y crossover which it鈥檚 a closer competitor to. That will have to wait a little longer, however.
A new series of spy photos have revealed the body, lights and other production-ready aspects of the upcoming new Ford Mustang Mach-E battery electric crossover. The crossover, which will make its debut in less than two weeks, is shaping up to be a thorn in the side of General Motors and the Chevrolet Bolt EV. While the two EVs won鈥檛 compete with each other directly, an attractive, performance-inspired electric crossover like the Mustang Mach-E stands to make the comparably pedestrian Chevrolet Bolt EV look a bit boring by comparison. Of course, it鈥檚 not known how much the Mustang Mach-E will cost, which seems to be a major deciding factor in how successful an EV is. All signs point to it being much more expensive than the family-friendly Bolt EV, so these two products do seem as though they鈥檒l occupy different spots in the EV marketplace, it should be said. These photos reveal the Mustang Mach-E鈥檚 closed-off, oval-shaped grille, horizontally positioned LED headlights and Mustang-style taillights.
The coupe-shaped crossover also seems to have Tesla-style flush door handles (or perhaps no traditional door handles at all), wide front and rear fenders and a rather small rear window opening. As our sister site Ford Authority reported this week, the Mustang Mach-E won鈥檛 feature any Blue Oval Ford emblems, with the traditional Mustang running pony emblem appearing on the grille and rear hatch. Rumors allege the Mustang Mach-E will set the Tesla Model Y in its crosshair with a range of around 300 miles, though it鈥檚 likely Ford will offer more than one battery size, just as Tesla does. The vehicle will be rear-wheel drive, though a high-performance dual-motor, all-wheel-drive version may arrive at some point as well. We鈥檒l provide a full rundown of the Ford Mustang Mach-E when the vehicle makes its debut later this month. It will likely go on sale later this year or in early 2020 as a 2021 model-year vehicle.
Ford officially unveiled its all-new pure-electric sporty crossover鈥攖he 2021 Mustang Mach E鈥擲unday night in Los Angeles, less than a week before the kick-off of the 2019 L.A. Auto Show. It鈥檚 remarkable enough that this genre-smashing new vehicle is Ford鈥檚 first purpose-built, regular-production, pure-electric vehicle (with no equivalent gasoline-engine version). More from the L.A. Even the 鈥淢ach-E鈥?suffix has Mustang roots鈥攊t鈥檚 close to the Mach 1 Mustang performance model that debuted for 1969 and has appeared periodically in the Mustang lineup since then. Ford鈥檚 press release officially calls the Mach-E an SUV, and claims the vehicle will fit five adults comfortably and offer ample cargo space. The listed cargo specs are quite good: The rear cargo area has 29 cubic feet of cargo space, which grows to 59.6 cu ft. There鈥檚 also a drainable front-trunk storage unit with 4.8 cubic feet of cargo space. The Mustang Mach-E will be built on Ford鈥檚 all-new electric-car architecture; the battery is located on the floor between the front and rear axles. Standard-range models are equipped with a 75.7-kWh lithium-ion battery, while extended-range models get a 98.8-kWh battery; both offer a choice of rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
