Each week, we track down hidden treasures on Craiglist - something affordable yet cool. Every so often, we see an entire car collection for sale on Craigslist - although, the collection tends to be something weird like a bunch of Geo cars or Chrysler LeBaron convertibles.
This time, however, we have found an extremely cool collection of cars from a collector in the Los Angeles area. While not every car is pictured in the listing, we do have 11 well-shot photos of this incredible collection.
The seller has also posted a list of all of the cars that are for sale, along with details about mileage, condition, service records, color, options, and rarity. Almost all of the cars have all of their service records, are low mileage, and are in like-new condition.
The lot includes a 1966 Jaguar E type, 1994 Mercedes E500, 1998 Ferrari F355 GTB, 2005 Ford GT, 2004 Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale, 1995 Ferrari F512M, 1987 Mercedes 190e Cosworth, 1997 BMW M3, 2011 BMW M3, 1991 BMW M5, 2004 Porsche 911 GT3 (996), 1997 Porsche 911 Targa (993), 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, 2001 Dodge Viper ACR, 2012 Morgan 3 Wheeler, 2015 Mclaren P1, 1999 Mercedes C43, and 2004 VW R32.
Amazingly, these 18 cars only comprise around half of the total collection. The seller says he is looking to clear out half of his garage and move in a different direction. It sounds like the seller isn't rushing to get rid of these cars, so don't expect a bargain price.
The listing states "No tire kickers or trades. Don't expect wholesale prices or ask. Many of these cars will fit nicely in some collections, if they don't sell I will happily keep. I have owned most for many years. If serious about a car, email me with your contact info and something to show you are genuine and interested and I will contact you if I feel you aren't a scammer. If it's been a few days and I don't contact you back then email me again and I will make sure to respond."
If we had the funds, we'd go pick up a few of these cars and bring them to the next Radwood event, which is an event dedicated to cars from the 80s and 90s. With this collection, you could be Radwood Royalty.
