If you are looking for what is likely the best crossover SUV on the road, you aren鈥檛 going to have to look any further than the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC300. This SUV ended up earning itself an impressive 8.5 final score (out of 10) from NY Daily News, making it a very highly rated Mercedes-Benz, and one of the best SUVs reviewed by the news organization this year. If you end up getting one, you should check out the parts we have available by clicking here. If you鈥檙e a prospective luxury crossover buyer, one thing is for certain: You鈥檙e definitely not starved of options. Countless shapes, sizes and powertrains from five different countries are readily available, and the choice is up to you when it comes to which brand you put your hard-earned money down on. But spend some time behind the wheel of a majority of competitors in this segment, and you鈥檒l realize that not all luxury crossovers are created equal; far from it, in fact.
I really like the look of the new Mercedes-Benz GLB series SUV. This may very well be our next vehicle. My wife loves boxy looking vehicles. What are your thoughts on the 鈥渂aby G wagon鈥? MA Looks a bit small, you're probably talking about the same money as a used GLE350 or GLS450. Those lower end base model cars don't usually come with some of the nicer options on the higher end lines like active curve illumination or heated/cooled cup holders. I鈥檓 loving that interior. I agree. Much like the LR Discovery Sport it鈥檚 truly only a usable 5 seater. 2016 Yamaha XSR900 13k, Spectro 10w40, Yamaha Filter. US I am going to be the first to say that not only does it not look boxy, but it does not look that great. It looks small and cheap and while it probably is not on the inside ? That has little appeal, also did anyone ask why they parked it next to a living room. Maybe it is because I am tall, but I am a fan of a car or truck or whatever that has as much room as it can give. The outside does not have to be overly huge. This Mercedes lettering scheme is poor. Can you get any year GL? North Carolina Looks like a nice little cute-ute. New England Looks a lot like a somewhat expanded version of a little MB SUV/wagon/van/whatever I rented when I visited Italy. Looks a lot like a somewhat expanded version of a little MB SUV/wagon/van/whatever I rented when I visited Italy. Did it have legroom? North TX Trying to cram three rows in a vehicle that size is a bit silly. Colorado Springs Transverse engine? Based on the A Class, so transverse.
The Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class is in a good spot. Five-ish years is a long time to wait for a midcycle refresh, but in this instance, time is irrelevant. The GLC was a good SUV from the start, and now, it's even better thanks to some clutch updates that will more than keep up with the Joneses when it hits the US later this year. What's new with you? Refreshes can be all over the map, and the GLC's changes err more toward mild than wild. Style-wise, the SUV adds a bit more character by way of svelte headlights, a new grille and tweaks to the front and rear bumpers. The changes continue inside where, again, not much has changed. Spec your GLC the right way, and you'll be staring down two different screens: a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster that replaces the gauge cluster, and a 10.25-inch screen "floating" atop the center console. The GLC300 is available in both rear- and all-wheel drive configurations, but the engine under the hood is the same no matter what.
