CONDITION SUMMARY:
Situation:
The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) warning light may be illuminated with the message "Tire Pressure Monitoring Fault" displayed in the
message center. The Body Control Module (BCM) will also have logged code C1D18-00 in isolation. The charging circuit emits a 125MHz
electromagnetic pulse which is picked up by the TPMS wheel sensor, causing the system to fail to localize all of the sensors.
NOTE:
Replace all four (vehicle set [five low tire pressure sensors if the vehicle's spare tire / wheel is fitted with a TPMS sensor]) low tire pressure sensors
for this concern.
Action:
In the event of a customer concern of the above, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined below to replace the complete set (four or five) low tire
pressure sensors.
PARTS
TOOLS:
IDS with latest IDS-DVD and Calibration File
Land Rover-Approved Midtronics Vehicle Power Supply
Refer to Workshop Manual for any required special tools

NOTE:
Repair procedures are under constant review, and therefore times are subject to change; those quoted here must be taken as guidance only. Always
refer to DDW to obtain the latest repair time.
