Based off the popular X5 SUV, the X5M is the high performance edition. While the standard X5 has proven to be quite popular amongst both men and women, the X5M is a true performance machine. Boasting such numbers as zero to 60 mph in only 4.5 seconds, you'd think the X5M is meant for the track only. And you'd be wrong. It's fully meant to be driven daily, but anyone with a lead foot beware. It comes complete with BMW's latest version of iDrive and a host of luxury features.
The SUV shares many engine mechanicals with the popular X6M, but all of this performance comes with an economic price - not just the base price. Fuel economy is not a strong suit, with only 12mph in the city and 17mph highway.
