MULTISPOT M20 RESISTANCE WELDER

DaimlerChrysler AG and MBUSA, LLC have approved the use of the Multispot M20 Resistance Welder M20 (Figure 1). The M20 also offers many

innovative features:

1. The Multispot M20 unit is made especially for dent pulling, carbon and copper shrinking. Using washers, corrugated wire, T-studs, and bolts

of 2 - 5 mm dia. The Multispot M20 is ideal for the completion of dent pulling, shrinking and stud welding.

2. The Multispot M20 can remove slight dents, scrapes and hail damage. Work from the outside even with double skinned panels is both fast and

efficient.

3. The Multispot M20 has a single phase power supply.

4. The operation and monitoring of all Multispot units are identical.

Additionally, the Multispot has a central connection for the fast connection of pistols and the Airpuller 95. The tools are encoded, so that the right

settings are adjusted automatically, but can also be adjusted individually. A pistol with a 12 ft. mm cable is available as an option for dent pulling

such as on the roof panel.

The Multispot M20 is supplied with the following standard equipment:

^ 230 volt power supply unit

^ Wheeled cart with tool holders

^ Work box, including washers, T-pins, welding studs, and as well as other parts
