Porsche just can't let a good thing die. In the case of its iconic 911, Porsche always manages to improve something with every generation. The latest 911 Turbo Cabriolet has new features such as a functional LED turn indicators and daytime running lights, an updated front grille and the big news: an all-new engine, a first in the Turbo's history. The new engine is 3.6 liter flat six-cylinder and is 13.2 pounds lighter than the previous one.
It has twin turbochargers and the automakers all-new Variable Turbine Geometry technology. To be more environmentally friendly, the engine has direct fuel-injection, and still produces 500 horsepower. Oh, and was it mentioned that the soft top drops in only 20 seconds at the touch of a button? Again, timeless perfection.
