Validity Model series 169, 245, 204, 207, 212, 216, 221 (as of SA code

Reason for change
Complaint:
- Consumer shutoff intermittently active.
- Head unit and/or other consumers are shut off after a short time.
Cause:
The voltage value transmitted by the battery sensor to the rear signal
acquisition and actuation module (rear SAM) via the LIN bus is too low,
causing the rear SAM to shut off consumers.
Remedy:
Use diagnosis in the SAM to read out the actual voltage value transmitted by
the battery sensor to the rear SAM, and compare it with the voltage
measured directly at the battery using a multimeter.
If a difference> 1V is measurable, the battery sensor must be
replaced.
